THINGS TO NOTE:
***The very friendly owners reside in the attached house facing the water. While you may see them occasionally—perhaps in the garage as you’re entering your apartment or within the shared spaces of the backyard—they deeply respect your privacy and want you to enjoy their property as much as they do.
***To ensure a seamless and worry-free experience, any concerns or needs during your stay should be directed to the attentive property managers, Nicole and Dan and not the owners. They can be reached through the platform, phone or text anytime! They are committed to addressing your needs promptly and efficiently, ensuring your time here is nothing short of exceptional.
***The only area in the backyard that you won’t have access to is the owner’s area which is the brown deck coming off of their sliding door, the outside pizza oven, and their gazebo. You are free to walk across the deck to get to the backyard.
***There is a wooden swing out back. Please note that swing is the next door neighbors and not part of the rental.
